Sutton Estate, Chelsea
Find out more about this regeneration project in the heart of the London Borough of Chelsea
The Sutton Estate is a 100% social rented estate in the heart of Chelsea. Four existing blocks have been fully refurbished: stripped back to walls, floors and staircases before being remodelled to offer new family homes. All other existing homes have had new windows, kitchens, lifts and bathrooms fitted. The public realm has also been completely redesigned and laid out to encourage stewardship.
